| This is probably the most important part of making a good sale. This is where you need to type a complete description of your item. The more information that you furnish here the better the buyer will know what to expect of the item. We ask that you be honest in your description so you will avoid negative feedback. To make your description stand-out more you may use HTML in the description field. |

| Auction Duration: |
| Enter the maximum number of days you wish your item to be auctioned. You can choose from 1 to 14 days. We recommend the 14 day duration, which allows more potential buyers to see your item. |
|
| Dutch Auction: (optional) |
| Our system supports Single Auctions and Dutch Auctions. Choose Dutch Auctions if you have more than one of the same item for auction. |
|
| Quantity for sale: |
| Used for Dutch Auctions, simply enter the quantity of items you wish to offer for auction. Leave set at 1 unless this is a Dutch Auction. |
|
| Your Starting Price: |
| If you want the bidding to start at a certain price, enter that amount in the Starting Price field. This will set the Starting bid at the price you specify. For Dutch auctions this will be your fixed selling price for each item. |

| Your Reserve Price: (optional) |
| Setting a price in this box gives you the option of not selling the item if the bids do not reach your reserve price. You may still opt to sell it to the highest bidder if you so choose but this leaves the option in your hands. If this is not set then you are required to carry out the transaction with the highest bidder no matter what the bid is. |

| Bid Increment: |
| The default amount is $1.00 increments. This is the amount you want the auction to increase after each bid is placed. You can set this amount to any amount you desire. Required on Single Auctions. Not required on Dutch Auctions. |

| Buy-It Now: (optional) |
| Sell your item instantly to the first buyer who meets your specified price. The Buy-It Now price is displayed until the auction closes. Buy It Now is not currently available for multiple item auctions. |

| Accepted Payment Methods: |
| You may select one or multiple payment methods. An option for letting you describe special payment terms can also be selected and then add the special instructions in the Description field. |

| Shipping Costs: |
| Select who pays for shipping. |
|
| Auto Relist: (optional) |
| Enter the maximum number of times you wish your auction item to be re-listed automatically, if it does not sell. There's no extra charges for this option, your item(s) are relisted for free. |

| Featured Picture Gallery : (optional) |
| This will display your item in the Featured Gallery Items Auction pages. Your item will also be listed in the Gallery Category you selected from the drop down menu. This feature is optional and will incur a fee. |
|
| Attention Grabbers: (optional) |
| Place a attention grabber next to your listing to make it stand out among the rest. This feature is optional and will incur a small fee. |
|
| Category Featured: (optional) |
| If you wish your item to be displayed at the top of all listings in a specific category. This feature is optional and will incur a fee. |
|
| Full Featured: (optional) |
| This will display your item in the Featured Auction pages. Your item will also be listed in the Category you selected from the drop down menu. This feature is optional and will incur a fee. |
|
| Bold Listing: (optional) |
| Your item will be listed in a bold font and will stand out against other listings. This feature is optional and will incur a small fee. |
|
| Highlight Listing: (optional) |
| Your items background will be highlighted in yellow. This feature really stand out against other listings. This feature is optional and will incur a fee. |

| Page Counter: |
| Know how many times your item has been viewed. This option is free. |
|
| Your User Name: |
| Enter the user name you used to register. |
|
| Your Password: |
| Enter the password you used to register. |

| How To List An Item For Sale! |
In order to sell your items in this auction you must be a
registered user and you must agree to our terms and conditions. After you have registered, just follow these simple steps.- Click on the "Sell Your Item" link on any page.
- Complete and submit the "Sell Your Item" form.
- That's It!
Please Note: On or about the first of each month you will be invoiced via the e-mail address you registered with, if you have chosen to list your item and use some of our special enhancements such as 'Home Page Featured', 'Featured', 'Gallery', 'Bold listing', etc., unless the enhancement is marked as free. |
