Q:I am new to all of this. Where do I begin?

A:Anyone is welcome to browse and search for items on our website. If you see something you would like to bid on, or have something you would like to sell, you will first need to become a registered user. Registration is Free! You will only need to register once.

Q:Do I have to buy or sell anything after I register?

A:No. You are not obligated to buy or sell anything by registering. Feel free to stop by any time and look around. If you see something you would like to bid on, or decide you have something you would like to sell, you can do so easily as a registered user.

Q:What about the privacy of my information?

A:Your privacy is extremely important to us. To review our policies regarding the use and management of the information you provide us, please read our Privacy Policy.

Q: I forgot my user password. What do I do?

A:Simply fill out and submit our Lost Password form.

Q: How can I change my Password?

A: Simply fill out and submit our Change Password form.

Q: How can I change my e-mail address information?

A:You can change your e-mail address information by clicking here. There are 2 steps to this process. First, we will ask you to provide your old e-mail address or User ID, your password and your new e-mail address. The system will then send you an email to verify your new e-mail address.

Q:How can I change my address or phone number information?

A: You can review change or update your contact information by clicking here. You must provide true and correct information at all times. Providing false information may result in the temporary suspension of your account until you provide us with true and correct contact information.

Q: How do I find things?

A:Simply use the search boxes located throughout the site. Our advanced search facility, allows you to enter multiple words and searches within all item titles and descriptions. You can also browse our category overview page for a quick snapshot of all listed categories.

Q: What does the number in parentheses next to a person's User ID or e-mail address mean? Example: seller@myemail.com (25)

A:This number indicates the user's current total feedback rating. You can view any user's feedback profile by clicking on the number in parentheses. A user's feedback rating number changes whenever a new feedback comment has been left about that user. This number may increase or decrease, based on what type of comment has been left. A positive comment will increase this number by +1-point. A neutral comment will not change this number. A negative comment will decrease this number by -1 point.

Q:How do I bid on an item I am interested in?

A:Once you have found an item you would like to bid on, go to the bidding section, located at the bottom of the listing, and place your bid in the appropriate box.

Remember, you must complete the Registration Process, before you can begin bidding.

Q: How do I leave a feedback comment about my experience with another registered user?

A:Just go to your won/closed auction items and you will then be able to click on the option to leave feedback on a user for the specific closed item. Remember, once you leave feedback you may not go back and change it.
