Q: What does the number in parentheses next to a person's User ID or e-mail address mean? Example: seller@myemail.com (25) |
A:This number indicates the user's current total
feedback rating. You can view any user's feedback profile by clicking on the number in parentheses. A user's feedback rating number changes whenever a new feedback comment has been left about that user. This number may increase or decrease, based on what type of comment has been left. A positive comment will increase this number by +1-point. A neutral comment will not change this number. A
negative

Q:How do I bid on an item I am interested in? |
A:Once you have found an item you would like to bid on, go to the bidding section, located at the bottom of the listing, and place your bid in the appropriate box. Remember, you must complete the Registration Process, before you can begin bidding. Back to the top |
Q: How do I leave a feedback comment about my experience with another registered user? |
A:Just go to your won/closed auction items
and you will then be able to click on the option to leave feedback on a user for the specific closed item. Remember, once you leave feedback you may not go back and change it. Back to the top |
