Article 1. Eligibility of membership:
This auction site is only available to residents of the United States, and people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the seller/buyer of an auction item. Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services.

Article 2. US Currency Auction is only providing auction services:
We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via internet auction. We do not have control over items that are listed on our auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of a said product. We are not responsible for the actions the sellers takes, before, during, and after the auction, typographical errors, misprints or other typos, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site. Use of this site is at your own risk, and content is presented 'As-Is'.

Article 3. Bidding and Selling:
As a member, you may bid and/or sell merchandise on the auction. As a bidder, you know that placing a bid is a binding contract with you and the seller, and the bid cannot be retracted unless due to fault by the seller of typographical error, or other error, due to human error on the seller's part. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this auction site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result to you. As a seller, the item that you place up for bids must be real. Pre-sales are accepted. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are entered into a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product, if that bid shall be the highest bid. Once the auction is over, you are obligated to sell to the buyer which is determined the winning bidder of your auction. If a reserve price was not met, you are not obligated in any way to sell the item at all. As a seller, you are not in any way to bid on your own items or manipulate the price of any item, nor may you interfere with other user's listings or transactions. If reported, your auctions will be deleted and your account will be suspended permanently. If you earn several negative feedbacks in a short period of time, your account may be suspended depending on the circumstances, and you will no longer be able to list or bid.

Article 4. Listing Items:
As a member, you are welcome to list items for sale on this site. We do have restrictions on what items you may sell, and what you may not sell. You may not sell illegal merchandise, including pirated software and music, rebates, coupons, or other items illegal or not available for resale. Items that are up for bids are subject to review by the staff of US Currency Auction, and may be removed without prior notice, if in violation with the User Agreement.

Article 5. Charges:
Basic item listings and bidding is free at US Currency Auction. There are charges for auction enhancements and final value fees, unless otherwise noted.

Article 6. Privacy:
We gather your information so that other members have it available if they win your auction, or you win their auction. Personal information will never be sold or rented. Personal information sent to a user regarding a product bought or sold on the auction is not to be used for any other purpose, except for communication regarding the auction item. Abuse of another users information, not limited to but including, providing anothers users personal information to unauthorized parties or sending unsolicited mail, if reported, may result in the violators auctions being deleted and/or their account suspended.

Article 7. Warranty:
US Currency Auction provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. US Currency Auction is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from an auction, loss of an auction, or your visit to the site. Continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services is not guaranteed, as the operation of this site could be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.

Article 8. Other:
This agreement may be amended at any time. In addition, you must follow all other rules posted at US Currency Auction. US Currency Auction reserves the right to refuse service without appeal.
